About me 

Hi My names Jo Mead and I've been a Personal trainer for over 12 years and have extensive knowledge within all areas of fitness. I started my journey in wanting to become a Personal Trainer back in 2013. Being a keen runner and participating in many half marathons. I love exercise and the feeling you get when you've had a great workout, the energy and fulfillment which made me want to pass this on to others.  So I decided to head back to College,  I wanted to extend my knowledge of different types of Fitness training and also the correct nutritional factors that can really help when training whether it be for a specific sport, strength and conditioning program,  training for a marathon and also for weight loss.
